Alicante-Elche Airport offers several bus routes connecting the terminal with Alicante city centre - line C6 to Alicante- and nearby towns such as Torrevieja, Benidorm, Elche, Cartagena, Murcia and others.

Main routes:

C6 Line: Alicante — Alicante Airport/ Airport —Alicante city centre.
R10 Line : Elche—Torrellano—Aeropuerto—L'Altet—Arenales del Sol
R11 Line: Elche—Parque Empresarial —Torrellano —Aeropuerto.

C6 Line to Alicante

The C6 (or C-6) is the bus line that connects Alicante with the airport, stopping at several key locations along the way: the ADIF railway station, the Cercanías commuter train station, the main bus station, and several stops with connections to the Alicante metropolitan TRAM network.

Single ticket price: €4.60. Tickets can be purchased on board, either in cash or by card.
The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Service frequency: every 15–20 minutes.

C6 timetable

During the daytime, buses run every 20 minutes from 09:00 to 21:35. At night, the service runs every hour from 00:30 to 06:20.

During the daytime, buses run every 20 minutes from 08:50 to 23:00. At night, the service runs every hour from 00:00 to 07:00.

The stops in the outbound direction (Alicante — Airport) are:

Puerta del Mar, MARQ–Castillo (TRAM), Mercado – Alf. X El Sabio, Luceros, Estación Salamanca, Ó. Esplá – Sempere (Bus Station), Elche – F. Mayo, Parque del Mar, San Gabriel Station – Cercanías commuter train station, Parque El Palmeral, EUIPO – Elche*, Agua Amarga and the Airport.

Important notes:
* Passengers starting their journey at El Altet Airport can travel all the way to Alicante RENFE Railway Station without having to get off at Puerta del Mar.
* The EUIPO stop is only authorised for trips starting at Alicante Airport and ending at EUIPO, or vice versa.

R10 & R11 bus lines: from the airport to Elche, Altet, Arenales, Parque Empresarial and Torrellano

R10 line: Elche — Torrellano — Airport — L'Altet — Arenales del Sol.

The R10 bus departs from Elche and stops in Torrellano, the airport, El Altet (L’Altet), and Arenales del Sol. It is operated by Avanza.

On weekdays, it runs every 50–55 minutes, while on weekends and public holidays* the frequency ranges from 55 to 107 minutes.

R11 Line. Elche —Parque Empresarial— Torrellano — Airport

The R11 bus departs from Elche and serves the airport, stopping along the way at the Parque Empresarial (Business Park) and Torrellano. It is also operated by Avanza.

On weekdays, buses run every 15–50 minutes, while on weekends and public holidays* the frequency is every 80–110 minutes.

Intercity service connecting Alicante Airport at both ends with the coastal town of Santa Pola and with San Vicente del Raspeig, north of Alicante city (San Vicente del Raspeig — Airport — Santa Pola). The route includes stops at El Altet Beach, Arenales del Sol and Gran Alacant, among others.
The journey time to Santa Pola is approximately 30 minutes.
